"I just want to say thank you for showing me the pencil drawings of my clients home for closing gifts. The clients love them. They are usually so excited and impressed with the framed gift. I’ve found that they prefer the 8x10 print size in an 11 x 14 frame. Sometimes I know both sides and will do a framed print for my client and do a second one not framed for the other party. I tape my card to the back and write them a thank you note on the back. I’ve given a lot of gifts over the years but these get the most positive reactions!
